Begin the 30-day dialoguing practice — and take the very first step toward a consistent, reparenting relationship with your inner child.

The 30-Day Dialoguing Challenge introduces participants to the foundational practice of the childhood trauma recovery model: non-dominant handwriting dialogue between the inner adult and inner child. Week 1 is about beginning: establishing the practice, noticing early emotional responses, and building the safety that consistency creates over time. Many trauma survivors have never had a consistent, reliable inner adult presence — someone who checks in, listens, and responds. The dialoguing practice is the tool that begins to build that relationship. Week 1 prompts are gentle and exploratory: what does it feel like to check in? What does the inner child have to say? How does it feel to be listened to by your own adult self? The journal covers the structure of the practice, common early experiences (including resistance, numbness, or surprise), and the reparenting framework that supports it. The goal of Week 1 is not mastery but presence — beginning to show up for the inner child with consistency and care.
